Multiple USPS & UPS shipping options are available at checkout. Cost & delivery date estimates are calculated based on your order's zip code.

✶ Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) USPS shipping is FREE for US orders over $50.00.

International Shipments - 
Please note that you may have import duties or taxes to pay on your package upon delivery or pickup. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price as they are levied by your country & completely out of my control. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items qualify for an Easy Exchange or Return:

1 - Contact me at amy@amyfriendjewelry.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.

2 - Package your item(s) in the original (or similarly padded) packaging. Items that arrive damaged or are mailed in inadequate packaging such as plain unpadded envelopes will not be eligible for a full refund/exchange. 

3 - Use the provided return label to ship your package back to me & I'll be in touch each step of the way. If you are returning an item, a refund will be provided as as soon as it is received.

I lost an earring. Can I get a replacement?

In most cases, yes! Please send a photo of the solo earring or link to the pair you purchased, and I'll let you know ASAP if I still have the materials to remake one. 

My necklace needs repair, can you help?

Absolutely! Don't hesitate to get in touch if anything has gone awry. I'll evaluate the extent of the repair & let you know the cost before you send the item back to me.
