TURN AROUND TIME

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you should receive a non-automated email from me. I'll let you know that your order was received & when it will be on the way. Feel free to respond to this email if you have any questions! Most orders will ship with 2-4 business days. One of a kind orders will typically ship next day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items qualify for an Exchange or Return:

1 - Contact me at amy@amyfriendjewelry.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.

2 - Package your item(s) in the original (or similarly padded) packaging. Items that arrive damaged or are mailed in inadequate packaging such as plain unpadded envelopes will not be eligible for a full refund/exchange. 

3 - Use the provided return label to ship your package back to me & I'll be in touch each step of the way. If you are returning an item, a refund will be provided as as soon as it is received.

PACKAGING

All items arrive beautifully wrapped & ready to gift or wear! 

REPAIRS

Life happens. If you lose an earring or something goes awry, send me a photo. I'll get back to you with an assessment of possibility & cost.
