TURN AROUND TIME

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you should receive a non-automated email from me. I'll let you know that your order was received & when it will be on the way. Feel free to respond to this email if you have any questions! Most orders will ship with 2-4 business days. 

SHIPPING

At this time, I'm only shipping to addresses within the US. If you are outside of the US, please check out my Etsy shop.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items qualify for an Easy Exchange or Return:

1 - Contact me at amy@amyfriendjewelry.com within 14 days of purchase to request a return or exchange.

2 - Package your item(s) in the original (or similarly padded) packaging. Items that arrive damaged or are mailed in inadequate packaging such as plain unpadded envelopes will not be eligible for a full refund/exchange. 

3 - Use the provided return label to ship your package back to me & I'll be in touch each step of the way. If you are returning an item, a refund will be provided as as soon as it is received.
